Job Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities & nurture existing accounts
✅ Account Hunting & Farming: Work with Global In-house Centers (GIC) & Global Capability Centers (GCC)
✅ Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders
✅ Sales Process Handling: Manage lead generation to closure, including paperwork & collections
✅ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with different teams to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Candidate Profile:
🎓 Education:
- Freshers: Digital Marketing Degree/Master’s
- Senior Executives: 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Sales
💼 Skills Required:
- Experience in selling to GCC/GIC/captive clients (mandatory)
- Familiarity with major platforms & OEM offerings
- Strong sales track record of meeting/exceeding targets
💰 Salary: ₹2.25 – ₹5 LPA
